My IPAD 3 is showing offline (no network) in SkyDemon communications options. When I try to access Cloud storage I get a message saying there is no connection or the server is busy.

The unit is connected to to the internet by WIFI and the sim card is active. I can download mail and access the web through Safari so the connection is working.

The last time I had this I believe the fix was to turn off WIFI when it decided it had a connection, after which it was happy to operate once WIFI activated again. At the time I didn't note the detailed circumstances. Is there a way to force it to go look again and become online?

No, it's not normal. We've added some extra code to the next version which we hope will help.

Just to report that with the Ipad version 2.7.2 the problem is solved ! In planning mode SD keeps online !

I'm having the same problem on windows 7 pro desktop

After following advice here I've uninstalled the old version of SD and re-installed the latest version but now I get a message saying I must re-install the licence key and when I do that I get a message saying go to the members area.

When I get there I'm told I have to re-download the licence file which I've done but it still refuses to work.

Advice please
